To become a Black Member, you will need to spend an accumulated value of $1,500 within 12 months of signing up for Denote Loyalty Program. Your status is valid for a 12 month period. To become a Red Member, you will need to spend an accumulated value of $7,500 within 12 months of signing up for Denote Loyalty Program. Your status is valid for a 12 month period.
To maintain your Red Member status, you must spend a minimum of $7,500 online within 365 days from the date you qualified as a RED Member. If you spend less than $7,500 but more than $1,500, you will be placed in the Black Member status. If you spend less than $1,500, you will be placed in the White Member status.
Exclusive promo codes are updated frequently on Denote Online Shop to our members. Simply add items to your shopping cart and begin the check-out process. During the Payment stage, please enter your promo code in the box provided and click Apply. Please note only one promo code may be used per order. You can’t apply promo code together with membership discount, if promo code is used, membership discount will not take effect. If you are having issues using the promo code, please contact our Customer Service advisors who will be happy to assist.

Not to worry! Your purchase with a promo code or point redemption still entitle you to:
– Earn your Denote Loyalty points; and
– Accumulate spend towards achieving or maintaining your Denote Loyalty tier status.
While you can accrue points on separate accounts (depending on which account you’re logged in with), you cannot transfer or merge points.
Unfortunately, Denote Loyalty points will expire if an account has been inactive for 18 months. Any points expired due to inactivity will not be reinstated.
Yes, you will receive an email from Denote one (1) month before points are about to expire, as a reminder to make a spend or redemption activity.
