Shipping Policy

Local Hong Kong Delivery

• Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders of HK$500 or more.
• Standard Delivery: Orders under HK$500 incur a shipping fee of HK$40. For orders over 2kg, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
• Processing Time: We aim to dispatch all Hong Kong orders within 2 business days* of payment confirmation. Delivery usually occurs within 3 days after
dispatch.
• Heavy Items: Items such as electric kettles, cast-iron tea trays, and curio shelves do not qualify for free shipping. Fees are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery Service: We use SF Express for local deliveries.
*Business days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

International Delivery

• Eligible Countries: We deliver to the United Kingdom, United States, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Romania,
Australia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, The Philippines, Taiwan, and Macao. For delivery to other countries, please contact us at hello@vidacoffeehk.com
before placing your order.

• Standard Delivery: All other orders incur a flat delivery fee of HK$450.
• Heavy Items: Items such as electric kettles, cast-iron tea trays, and curio shelves do not qualify for free shipping. Fees are calculated at checkout.
• Processing Time: We aim to dispatch all international orders within 5 business days* of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 14-60 days after
dispatch, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may be affected by the pandemic.
• Delivery Service: We use Hong Kong Post Office for international deliveries.

Return Policy

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@vidacoffeehk.com. Items returned without prior notification may not be properly processed, resulting in delays in
addressing your concerns and processing your refund.

Refundable Items

Items may be eligible for a refund if they meet the following criteria:
1. Defective or Damaged: (Refer to “Defective/Damaged Items” below)
2. Expired: (Refer to “Expired Items” below)
3. Received in Warehouse: The products must be physically received in our warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returned products will be fully inspected before a refund is issued. For items that are not eligible for a refund, please refer to “Non-Refundable Items” below. Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to ensure your refund is processed promptly and correctly. Please note that items shipped to an incorrect address are not eligible for refund or reshipping.

Workshops/Events Booking

For cancellations or rescheduling of workshops or events, please notify us at least 3 working days prior to the reserved session.

Defective/Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email a picture and a description of the issue to hello@vidacoffeehk.com. Subject to our review, you may be eligible for an exchange at no additional cost.

Expired Items

If you receive an item that is past its expiry date, we apologize for the inconvenience. You are eligible for a refund in store credit or a replacement product. To qualify:
1. Email us a picture of the product showing the expiry date and explain the issue.
2. Ship the expired goods back to us within 30 days from the purchase date.
3. Your refund or replacement will be processed once we receive and inspect the expired item. If the item is not received within 30 days, you will not be eligible for
a refund or exchange.
4. Attach the purchase receipt when returning the product.

Non-Refundable Items

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-routed, or undelivered shipments, nor for those seized by Customs. Items shipped to an incorrect address are not our
responsibility. We are also not responsible for duplicate orders placed online. All duplicate orders are subject to the terms in this Return Policy.
